MSS Securities Private Limited (MSSPL) is one of the member of BSE Ltd ( Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd ) which accounts for over 90 % of the market capitalization of Indian equity markets. The stock-broking business of MSSPL was originally carried on by the concern of M/s Malini Ajit Sanghvi which commenced business in 1994. The business of M/s Malini Ajit Sanghvi was corporatized to a private company viz. MSSPL in 1997.
